Hi @yujie_qin 

Are you on server/DC or on cloud? Based on what I can assume you are on server/DC. The documentation seems legit. Did you configure the allowlist https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-the-allowlist-1014667309.html ?
