Is there any way for a data point to be required when closing a sprint? Not a data point/custom field on an issue but a data point for the overall Sprint.
We are looking to capture a "Sprint Satisfaction Score" (a number between 1 to 10) that would be documented when the sprint is closed. It would be a general measure of how the team and product owner felt the sprint went - did we accomplish our goals?, did we have good agile processes? etc.
I don't think this is possible with standard functionality. Is there an add-on? My instinct says this isn't possible so maybe some recommendations on process to encourage sprint review/retro data capturing.
Hi, @Erica Larson
Would this satisfaction score be a single score agreed upon by the team or a score that each member can pick? Additionally, Do you want to add more details such a general retrospective or just the score number?
Best,
Camilo Galleguillos R.
Just a single number agreed upon by the team. The ask right now is just for the number. I think more details are best in Confluence with a linked page to the sprint in Jira.
