Required fields for different issues in Jira

Hello, 

   Does anyone have a list of all required fields that are necessary to transition these issues through the workflow from start to finish? I know that requirements may vary based on issue type. I'm not sure if there are universal required fields, or if every enterprise sets their own.

• Story
• Task
• Bug

Hi @Marina Lyubliner , there is probably some default setup but you can check in in your project's configuration under Fields item.

There is Field Configuration scheme configured for every project in Jira.

Every Field Configuration scheme contains configuration items where

• Field Configuration is assigned to one or more issue types

Thank you Martin! Looks like the Jira Admin for my projects just have every field listed in there and not separated between required and not. Looks like I'll have to speak to them.

But if someone has a general list, that would be great too! That way, I can just use the custom field list for the issues and help narrow down what my team needs to fill in.
