Requirements Traceability Jira and Zephry

I have come in just prior to a PROD release and the project has been asked to produce a traceability matrix. We use Jira for dev and Jira/Zephyr for testing.

Test cases are not linked to dev user stories or use cases. And the test cases are in a diff Jira project than the dev.

What would i have to do retrospectively to produce a meaningful traceability matrix using Zephyr and/or Jira?

I should mention that i don't have permissions in Jira to do bulk changes.

Hi @Donna Dalton ,

Currently the traceability can only be generated within a project where the requirement-test-execution are linked. There is no workaround for the traceability if not in the same project.
