Requirements Traceability matrix with XRay

Hi!

I have an Epic-Requirement-TestCase-Bug link in Jira and need to create Requirements-Testcase-TestExecution-Defect matrix using the Traceability report provided by XRay.

The testcases are grouped into a TestPlan, so essentially want to show traceability for the requirements included in this testplan. I have tried to include the TestPlan in the Analysis & Scope window under the Test Plan tab, but with no success.

What is the right way to create the RTM report ? The tool does not create anything as it says "No requirements found" or "Too many issues are trying to load". I obviously make something wrong here but not sure where and the XRAY documentation does not provide any examples https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Traceability+Report

Any tips?
