Resolution Field Value Not Available For Issue Type

I have added a new resolution field value called No Action via Settings - Issues - Resolutions.

Frustratingly, it doesn't seem to be available to select from the Resolution field when i select Done Status. Any help on what might be wrong would be really appreciated here as it's holding up support teams :(.

Normally, a resolution field drop-down will present all options on the resolution list.

If it is not, then take a look at the workflow, looking for the "properties" on the transition and status.  I suspect you will find one like "jira.field.resolution.include=a, b, c"  (and your new resolution value is d, so it's not being selected)

If any workflow property is applied on a particular transition to DONE Status, sometimes it will be hidden. can you please share a screenshot of the transition to "DONE" status. it will be helpful to check.
