Resolution Field is Not Visible on Issues

I am unable to get the Resolution Field to show up on my Issue Layout screen. 

What do I need to do to get this to show up on my Issue Layout?

I have gone back and forth between these configurations, workflow schemes, screen schemes, but none of it seems to work. Our workflow is very basic, so I can't see that as something that would omit it from the list. 

Please help.

I would suggest you to configure resolution either using postfunction or Transition Screen.
