Resolution = Wan't Do is visible in version report

Michał Kania October 28, 2022

We are finished scope - but I discovered that the graph shows that we have things to do.

After checking - I understand that we have some issues that have the status "Don't do" with have resolution = "Won't do.

When I use filter Resolution = Unresolved in that release - it's empty.
What should I do to show it correctly?

Hi @Michał Kania ,

if you associate a resolution to a ticket in a specific version, indipendently from resolution value, all these tickets will be considered resolved in that version.

My suggestion is to remove fix version field from ticket with "Won't do" resolution.

This should be the trick.

That's one option.
But You should see some disadvantages. That it's not clear from the Release view perspective what we decide (during development) not to do at all.

We will lose that part of the story. So it will be not clear in the future.
