One of the projects under our company has started setting every resolution to be wont do when we are canceling a ticket. THere are no post functions on the workflow. Anyone else having this issue?
Could you check one of these issues, and see who is setting the resolution? Is it a user or "Automation for Jira"?
One alternative option is that an automation rule is setting the resolution instead of a post-function.
If not, could you provide a screenshot of your workflow, and the post-functions for that specific transition?
