Hi,
I need to track for a specific ticket category the unique time it took to resolve them. From being raised (category assigned) till the status "Done".
I am not locking for an average report on a number of tickets of such a category.
How can I track this?

Time Between Statuses will help you with this request. This app lets you set start/stop/pause timer and time limits. Also, using this plugin you can set email notifications for issues with exceeded time limits and monitor status to status duration in Issue View Panel.
