Resolving Reapproval of Migrated Time Sheets in JIRA Cloud Migration
I recently migrated JIRA from a local server to the cloud. Everything has gone smoothly with one exception: all of the previously approved time sheets are once again awaiting approval.
We ended using JIRA on the server at the end of last month and started on the cloud at the start of this month. All of the previous months are showing up in the cloud as 'Ready to Submit', despite being submitted on the server previously.
Submitting the current time period works fine. I'd like to get rid of the old time cards but haven't been able to figure out how to do so. I've considered:
- Manually submitting and approving each one. (I get the following error: "You have no one that can approve your timesheet. Either you have not been added to a team, or you are the only person with approve timesheets permission in the teams you are in.")
- Bulk submitting/approving. (I haven't been able to figure out how/if this is possible)
I've used 'Period Management' and set all of the period from the server to 'Closed for All' (setting to 'Open for All' still doesn't allow for submitting.
How can I adjust this so that I can either mark all of the old time cards as submitted/approved or some other way adjust settings so that I only see unsubmitted time cards from this month forward?
