Resource people tracking plugin

We are running multiple product projects in Jira and wish to have people/resource tracking abilities.

We need to:

Track the planned holidays (via syncing to a calendar online on a website or elsewhere).

Track the vacations

Track the absences that are not vacations (sick days, personal leave, etc.)

Leave requests & approvals, where it is seen what are the tasks of the employee that is requesting the leave across all Jira projects.

Track the tasks that are assigned to be delivered during the requested leave.

Plan the capacity of teams

Plan the story points to deliver and other deliverables if possible.

If you are ok to consider a mktplace app to help you to plan the capacity for your team members and track them, you can try out the one we have developed for the same use case. 

Capacity Planner

The app allows to store the capacity for individual users and save as templates. which can be mapped to a project / fix version to track the allocation and remaining time per user. Do try it out.
