Response time data J for the JIRA actions for Performance and scale testing (v 7.13)

Preethi Srinivasan August 26, 2019

Hi ,

We are planning to do a performance testing our Our JIRA instance (7.13) , mapping our specs to the Medium size scale ( As per the JIRA sizing guide). https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/jira-sizing-guide-461504623.html

We wanted the numbers for the response time when you (Atlassian team ) had performed the performance testing, so that we can set that as our reference value.

We are planning to use the same data dimensions ( like users, projects, issues, groups) specified in the performance and scaling documentation for JIRA.

We have set the baseline data as the lower limit of the Medium Size profile, based on the JIRA sizing guide. We are planning to have 3 iterations with 6 cycles. For the first cycle : keep Issue as variable and other items. For the second cycle : Keep the Project as a variable and other items constant. For the third cycle , keep both Project and Issue as a variable.

The only change is that, we will be considering attachment for issues also.
