Restore back to default a Service Management workflow

While working with workflows, someone accidentally changed the default, "WISM: Service Request Fulfilment with Approvals workflow for Jira Service Management," and published so now it isn't working like before. They didn't create a backup so the process after receiving approval is to only go directly to Declined or Resolved. Is there a way to restore the original for this default selection? We are not certain of the next steps and can't find the default settings documented anywhere.

Hello @Jack_Marquez 

If a backup of the workflow was not made then there is no way to "restore" it.

You can manually modify the existing workflow to take it back to what it was like before.

If it truly was a default workflow you can create another project from the same project template, and then take the default workflow created for that project and use it to replace the broken workflow in the Workflow Scheme for the WISM project.
