Restoring Master Testplan Hierarchy in HealthOne

Previously, it was possible to link Testplans to create a pyramid hierarchy with a 'Master Testplan,' allowing me to track the progress of multiple teams' siloed Testplans, as well as the overall progress of the testing cycle. However, after a recent update, this functionality seems to be no longer available. Is there a way to restore this feature, or an alternative method to track individual and overall progress across multiple Testplans? Also, can you suggest how this could be integrated into HealthOne systems, or if there is a home doctor service feature that can assist with managing and linking Testplans effectively?

What app are you using for testing please? I would like to have a look at the documentation to help you with the troubleshooting.
