I know only users who have Administrator Access can create/modify Components in any JIRA Project. We have multiple users who have Admin Access on a JIRA Project due to some reasons but we don't want everyone to create/modify Components in a specific Project.
Can we restrict component creation/modification to "Project Lead" instead of Users who have Administrative Permissions on a JIRA Project.
