Restrict a Jira User to a Certain Project

It will be useful to allow certain Stakeholders to interact with Jira -- but only focused on a single project.  Is there a way to set-up a user to access ONLY a single project?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to grant them access to that project, and remove the permissions for all the other projects for them to get into them (Jira defaults to "all logged in users can see this project" - that needs to be removed)
