Restrict a user to only view a quick filter set up for a project

Is the following possible within JIRA?

I have a project "Project A" and my one quick filter only display items assigned to a specific client "Client A".

Is there a way that when a user accesses Project A they can only see items based on the quick filter? Bacially restricitng them to always only see the quick filter setup displaying their items on the project.

Did you ever find a solution for this?

I have not seen this feature available. The only way I can see this maybe being a possibility is configuring Issue Security.
