Restrict access to JIRA and Confluence Cloud from outside company network

Hi, 

This isn't my area of expertise so apologies if this is a daft question or I use the wrong terminology. 

I am putting together a business case for JIRA and Confluence Cloud (my employer are in the early stages of implementing the tools and currently are heading towards On-Prem, I want them to fully consider the Cloud option). 

One thing my company is particularly strict on is restricting user access to business tools from outside the company network. So my question is, can access to JIRA and Confluence Cloud be limited to people connecting to it from the company network (and via corporate machines)? 

Hope this makes sense, let me know if theres anything I need to clarify.
