Restrict sub-tasks on parent issues

Hello All,

In our project there are 3 parent issues and 9 sub-task issues are added in the Issue type scheme. 

Parent - Topic, Topic type, Reuse

Sub-tasks - A,B,C,D,E,G,H,I,J

currently, when creating sub-task it has showing all sub-tasks in "Create Sub-task" window. 

If parent issue "Topic" is created, it has to allow and show only sub-tasks A, B, C in the create sub-task window.

Same way when issue type "Topic Type" created it has to allow and show only sub-task D,E,G in the create sub-task window.

Is this possible??
