If I / a normal User Creat a new Issue. Fill all the necessary things and fill also the assignee Filed than he clicks on review.
At the moment It goes in the next step and he sees the accept/ reject Buttons. And can click on it.
But that doesn't make sense. Only the administrator to whom he assigned the ticket should be allowed to do this. The normal user, the role, should have no right to click on the buttons. The best would be the user click on review and the issue will be closed.

Talk to your jira admin. He/she should be able to change the config in your workflow.

I an the Jira Admin . And i will build an worklfow . And test the Workflow with an normal User Account . And see the problem right now. I see the i can restrict in the roll many thing but i do not find wich one are for the review button. I can try each of the 20 Setting for a roll. But i hope someone knows i and help me out.
