Restrict transition in Jira Agile

How can I restrict which transitions that are available in Jira Agile? More specifically, I'd like to have "Open" and "Reopened" status for the "To Do" column as it is today. However, if an issue has been move; "In progress" or later, it can only be dragged into the "Reopened" status. Is that possible? How?

You will have to modify the JIRA workflow and remove the transition from "In Progress" to "Open". See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Workflow
