Restricting Shared Filters and Dashboards with Shared with option "My Organization"

Is there a way as a JIRA admin, we can restrict the Shared With Option "My Organization" for Shared Filters and Dashboards? Any way that the users who are creating filters and Dashboards are only allowed to share them with a specific group only?

Hi Manhar,

I know of no way to do that - removing the My Orginzation as an option. 

You could handle access to the data showing up in those filters and dashboards by using the Permission Scheme for each project.
