Restricting only to their tickets

The scenario is " we have some external clients and they were raising bugs through emails till now. We are planning to add them to jira so that they can raise bugs in Jira itself. But the requirement here is they should have access to only their ticket(bug created by them). They should not have access to view any other tickets in the project except their ticket"

You will want to:

1. use a unique role for these individuals and ensure they are only in that role.
2. Then you will need to ensure that role is only able to access the specific project you want
3. finally you will need to use issue security to limit this role to a specific issue type(s).
