Retrieve Time between assignee or time sepent by each assignee in issue SQL Query from jira DB

i need to retrieve the time spent in assignee ,
the time spent with each assigner on issue in SQL Query from Jira DataBase.

im looking for the SQL QUERY from JIRA DB  not API REST
