I have set an automation to send emails to specified users when the child ticket status is changed to DONE.
The automation works. However, I do not know the code to retrieve the information parent issue/ticket.
Custom Field Name = Staff Name = Andrea
If it's parent ticket/issue it would be
{{issue.custom_10157}} access been removed.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
