Reverse time counter

I have assigned time for certain tasks and the way I see counters is going from top down but I need that bottom up.

e.g.

time assigned - 72hr

Current display starts from- 71.59 - 0 and then - 2.35

I want it to see 0-72 hr's and if it goes over that should be added to 72 and should reflect 74 or 85h whatever the final time is.

Does anyone know if this is something Atlassian can construct?

There is no way to do this in JIRA Cloud right now.
