HI Everyone,
I accidentally changed the story points on user story during an active sprint (from 20 to 20000), which has impacted the release version report. Although i manually corrected the story points back to 20 my version report is still messed up. How can i revert the changes so my version report is back to original state. Any help appreciated. Thank you!
Hi David,
There is a workaround to resolve the issue where it's necessary to make changes in the database. In this case, when using Cloud version, the issue is not possible to resolve because accessing the database is a restricted function in Atlassian Cloud.
However, if you are using Jira Server, you can follow the steps provided on the documentation below:
- How to remove mistyped Estimate

Hi Bhasker,
I've checked that you opened a ticket with our support related to the same question.
I'll be watching the ticket and once it's resolved, I'll post the resolution here as well.

Angélica

I see this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-8477. Yet it claims the issue will not be pursued, is this still the case?
