I want to confirm if Revoke site access should apply for not billing in the next payment. We notice that only when the account is removed it might apply for the billing estimation.
From what I understood if you revoke site access it won't count for billing

How can I confirm that or what's happening in my account?
How can I check if there is an issue regarding my billing statements?

When you do not pay before the expiry of your billing cycle, you lose access to your site. This happens because Atlassian Cloud is a subscription based service.

This case is more like, somebody leaves the organization and we want to ensure we are not paying for that license and the dilemma is if it's totally necessary to remove the account or revoke site access is enough for not paying extra products or services in our company account.
