Rich Filter Aging Defect Bar Chart to always show weeks beginning on Monday and ending on Sunday

Can I update the queries used by an existing Rich Filter Aging Defect chart?  At the moment the aging defect widget uses dynamic/point in time queries where the point in time changes daily. 

For example: created < 2022-08-22 AND created <= endOfDay(-28d)  counts 28 days from the end of today regardless of the week.

What I need is the the create date/week to always be on a Monday and always end on Sunday.

If the query of the Rich Filter is not changeable. What are my other options to show 25+ weeks of data?
