Risk issues not populating in Risks or Risk Matrix

Running into an issue where Risk issues are not populating in Risks or Risk Matrix. Does anyone have any advice or insight in getting this remedied?

There are several different apps that give you a Risk Matrix. Do you know which app you are using?

Jira does not come with a risk matrix built in. These are supplied by third-party apps from the Jira marketplace. Do you know which third-party app you have installed on your Jira instance?

We do have BigPicture installed if that's what you're referring to.
