Risk probability & consequences not showing in Jira

Hi,

I am using next gen projects and bigpicture but I can't get the risk register to work for my project. The problem is that I can't add the risk fields to my issues in Jira. 

I have admin access and I can see that Risk Consequences and Risk Probability are listed as custom fields in Jira settings. From the setting point of view it looks like they should appear on my default issues but when I go into an issue they do not appear. Also when I check the issue types within the project setting the two risk fields don't show as options that I can drag over. 

Hopefully someone can help me get this working.

Hi Mark

I'd try configuring that globally and not 'per project' since BigPicture currently doesn't support the per-project Risks configuration in the context of next-gen projects.
