Road map in Jira Auto scheduling

I have my project made and my issues in a hierarchy Initiative>Epic>Task/Story. I am running sprints on a Scrum based project. 

Previously when I hit auto schedule before i set up my views the way i wanted them and set up my teams in the project with their applicable velocities the feature would choose a sprint based off of the teams capacity for each task and roll up the date in the target end date field to the epic.

Now it wont choose a sprint for all values or empty values and appears to take the end of sprint date that is in the target end date field from issues that do have a sprint already selected and converting it to a "when accepted" date. 

Please help did i do something to the configuration. I feel like i have toggled every setting i could in the configuration as a trial and error.
