Roadmap Epic with field due date

Hi Team,
In our Jira project we have added the due date filed in Epic. In Roadmap it is not matching. If we drag the Epic timeline in Roadmap its it not changing.

How to achieve it? Please help!

Is there possibility you have multiple due date fields? I can see that you are updating the item on the Epic itself and then seeing something different in Roadmap. Is it the same if you set it in Roadmap? If so, it's possible you have two different due date fields... which explains why when you update one it doesn't update the other.

I'd try that test and start there.
