Hi,
I'm trying to use the Roadmap Gadget on a dashboard, however, for some reason the gadget's information differs from the reality i.e. the gadget is showing that all issues are resolved, however, in reality that is not the case.
When clicking on the version from the gadget the totals are correct.
Please see the attached images as I'm not sure what setting I need to change to get this to work.
Thanks in advance!
was this ever resolved? I am having the opposite problem in my environment of Jira where the roadmap progress bar shows that everything in my version are not resolved when i have user stories that have already been accepted and done.
Hi, yes this was resolved:
The gadget hadn't initially refreshed - the refresh interval is configurable in the gadget settings(15mins - 120mins). Enabling this setting fixed the issue.

Hi I dont see a resolution for this. I am having a similar issue. I added the roadmap widget to the dashboard and configured it to the project. Nothing show up. Its all blank. Now I have added calendar, charts etc and all work only the roadmap does not. On the board itself the dashboard works well
