Roadmap Triggers from Confluence Page updates

We are using Calendars within Pages to provide a transparent overview of information to our teams. 

Another team wants to trigger events based on dates that live and would be updated within that page. 

Is it possible to create automation within that teams Roadmap to create an issue when a page is created and to update project dates from the confluence page?
