Despite I have been reached out by a pop up informing the Roadmap feature is now available on classic projects, it's not appearing on mine. Can you help me out?
Thanks,
Hello @Arthur Mello,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I saw that you created a ticket with our support about the same question and they mentioned that this Beta version for Roadmaps was still not implemented on all sites.
The Roadmap for Classic projects will be added soon and it will be available for old and new projects so keep an eye on the board settings.
If there is anything else we can help with, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
Hi @Arthur Mello,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
In order to get access to Advanced Roadmaps in classic projects you have to be on the Premium Plan. If you are on the Standard Plan Roadmaps is only available for next-gen projects.

Hi Mikael,
Thanks for the prompt response.
Actually we are on Premium Plan. The difference is that project I mentioned was already created before the Atlassian update.
Any further advice?

If you are on Premium you should have a new Menu called Plans, there you can create new roadmaps.

Hi guys,
I just realised today that open beta is now live for roadmaps in Classic projects (I'm genuinely excited to try it out)!
@Arthur Mello in your second screenshot you're in board settings > roadmaps which is where you need to be. Have you tried pressing the toggle button (top right) to turn roadmaps on?
I did that today and it worked for me
