Roadmap not visible to some users

Hi all,

We have a bunch of colleagues who have a licence for JSW and access to NextGen projects as members, but they cannot see the roadmap page whilst the boards are displaying fine.

I'm missing something. I must be. I've logged in as several users and all projects are the same...do they need different access levels?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

It looks like you're running into an existing bug, which can be found here:

• Users that don't have Browse Users and Group permission cannot load the Roadmap page in Next-Gen projects

Please be sure to watch it, so that you are notified when this is fixed in a future release.

Currently, the workaround is to grant the Browse Users and Group permission on Jira settings > System > Global permissions.

If that's not the case, please let us know.
