How can i give specific value to task in the roadmap . 

For example their are 4 tasks each tasks are 25 % of a project and has to be done within 1 week.

After a completion of a 1 task how its shown in road map that 25% of work is done?

And What if one task gets delayed, How admin gets notification that a task is delayed?

If first task is delayed by 2 days,then is it possible the that 2 days will be adjusted in the next task and now to complete the 2nd task There will be 5 days. Is there any way that these things are done automatically?

The percent complete progress bar under the epic in the roadmap view is the percent by status Issues that are in a status that is in either "To Do", "In Progress" or "Done".  Where the % visible on the Epic and Feature bars on the roadmap is calculated by dividing the total accepted effort based on either story points or a number of issues if using time estimation from all the child stories by the total effort points or issue count if using time estimation planned from all the child stories.

As an example, If you are using story points and have 100 points planned across all the stories associated with an Epic and have moved issues containing 50 of those points to the done stratus (i.e. a status that is adding a resolution), the Feature bar would show 50% complete.  However, if you are using time estimates and have 10 issues 5 open and 5 marked done, you would also see 50% as half the issues are complete even if more time is weighted to the remaining open issues.

If you are looking for additional reporting on tracking the time estimation you would want to look into third-party add-on apps like EpicTime for Jira or Tempo Timesheets for the additional Summations of the worklog into a report on the epics.
