is it possible to enable "public notices" on a role-based system?
Background: Support receives tech tickets, of which some become "feature improvements" to R&D. Here tickets are "translated" from Zendesk to Jira with relevant customer data being connected to the Jira improvement ticket.
Now this is about communicating back to the customer once R&D finished the improvement tickets. Since we have the relevant customer data connected to the ticket, we think about using "public notices" to message back to the relevant customers.
Can "public notices" being made a role-based feature, since we dont want to enable to all R&D that communication channel, but only to limited developers / PM.
I hope my background info was descriptive enough...
