Hi community,
I have one problem; I am the responsible on manage all the times reports. When the JIRA users create a project they have to add to me permits in their project to see the hours reported. But some times they forgot it and when I validate the hours, sometime I am not taking accounts the little project created.
Two questions:
1)In JIRA: How can see all the projects created in JIRA by date thought I have no permits to see them?. I have a super-admin role but there are projects I can't see.
2)In Tempo: There are any role in tempo to add to my user to see all the projects created?
Thanks in advanced.
Javier
Hi @Javier Iglesias ,
In classic JIRA projects, you can configure which users should be default in a project role for all newly created projects (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-roles/).
To view the worklogs of all users in Tempo for these classic projects, you need to have the "Browse Project" and the "View all worklogs" permission.
If users are creating Next Gen projects, access to the project needs to be given for each project individually (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/next-gen-permissions/ and for the view worklogs permission, please take a look at https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/379028002/Permissions+needed+to+see+other+users+worklogs+in+Next-Gen+projects).
