Roll back to the previous a minimum JIRA v7.0.0 version

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: This version of JIRA Agile requires a minimum build number of #45 in order to proceed

What it's mean roll back to the previous a minimun JIRA v. 7.0.0?

If I want to roll back to JIRA v.7.0.10, it will work?

It means go get the backup you took of JIRA 7.0, restore that and start again from there.

7.0.10 should be ok.
