Rolling up original estimates across projects for individual users

I'm looking for a way to rollup and display all open issues (across multiple boards/Projects), their original estimates, by individual user, for a sprint or multiple sprints.

I have a query that shows all the open issues by individual user across their projects.  I also can see the original estimates for each issue in my query.  I'm lacking on how to write in the commands to SUM all the estimates in the filter for my criteria per sprint, etc.  

Has anyone been successful in performing this in JIRA itself WITHOUT a plug in of some sort?

Hello @Lynn Wilson 

I don't think this exactly matches your requirement, but the Workload Pie Chart can sum up Original Estimate per Assignee, and you can provide it with a filter for the issues you want it to consider. Sprint is also an available option for grouping the summed data.
