I see the automation screen where I can create rules but my question is, how do I create a rule so that when ever a new ticket is created that I will get an email with the ticket details.
I was able to create a basic rule that emails me when a new ticket is generated but I dont know how to add in the ticket details.
You need to use Smart Values, as it mentions in the Send Email action for rules.
