Running report by Groups

We have all of our users setup into Groups. Each group represents a different branch in the company. I would like to run a report that will show the total number of tickets reported, and which group they came from. For instance if we have a pie chart showing a total of 500 tickets, one section would say Branch A - 125 tickets Branch B - 35 tickets etc. How can I go about doing this?

Hi Jordan!

You can try to have it without a development, with a custom field which contains branches and its type is "select list"; this field has to be selected by the reporter; with this, you can use a pie chart gadget to view the tickets grouped by branch
