Hi,

Is it possible that if the ticket is created in SAP CRM 7 then the same ticket automatically created in JIRA.

For eg , if i create a ticket for change Request under SAP CRM 7 then the same details about the ticket should appear in Jira 7.0 in Change type

Can you please share the possible steps

Hi @Sharadkumar Bangera

It is possible to integrate SAP with Jira using Streamwork. There is a blog post here that provides all the details about this.

Basically we would need to make use of Atlassian's OpenSocial gadgets to implement this.

To install Atlassian’s OpenSocial gadgets in StreamWork, have your StreamWork org admin click Developers -> upload OpenSocial gadgets -> Method Registration -> Register OpenSocial Gadget. You’ll be prompted for a Gadget description, which should be a URL.

In Market Place Also We Have One Plugin Please Read the Document Of This Plug in

It allows you to flexibly customize an interface between SAP and Jira to fulfill different business processes. Please check this link

Thanks ,

Hi @PVS  ,

Unfortunately, Streamwork has been discontinued since December 1, 2015, and SAP2Jira app "is hidden from public view because it no longer meets the requirements for Atlassian Marketplace."

I'm also looking for an app to help integrate SAP and Jira.  @Sharadkumar Bangera Have you managed to find a suitable solution?
