We need to build dashboard that represent SLA that we share with our clients,
We would like to get suggestion how to cut a time frame that we agreed with our costumers - in addition we not allowed to use any add-on
and just with the regular feature in Jira (we already have Costume chart) there is any way to build something with this conditions:
- Please mind "Pending" status is not counting in the SLA time frame that we provide to our clients.
- SLA for Bugs - 3 Business Days.
- SLA for Support - 5 Business Days.
- SLA for Enhancement - Quarter
