SLA Time to first response
Hello, I'm facing a problem that 2 issues doesn't stop time to first response timer after working hours:
So both issues are low, time is 16hours, but the issue was created after working hours, still it counted time till the comment (time went all night).
I tried to reindex project. Any help would be appreciated.
