Hi @Assem E

Hi! It looks like you're trying to replicate an SLA configuration similar to the one shown in your screenshot, and you'd also like to have the SLA timer visible directly on the issue view.

If you're looking for an easy and flexible solution to manage SLAs, I recommend trying SLA Time and Report — a Marketplace app developed by my team. With this app, you can:

✅ Configure SLAs with flexible start/pause/stop conditions (based on statuses, comments, fields, etc.)
✅ Assign custom business calendars to each SLA configuration
✅ Track the SLA timer directly on the issue tab, in real time
✅ Monitor elapsed and remaining time with color indicators in the grid view
✅ Automate actions when SLAs are breached, such as reassigning, notifying, or changing priority
✅ Analyze your data with advanced SLA reporting, filters, and visual dashboards

Here’s how the SLA timer on the issue tab looks:

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions, feel free to reach out or book a demo for a deeper walkthrough.

Thanks!

I've installed add on already, but couldn't find its configurations, neither in manage apps neither in project settings

Hi @Assem E
The SLA panel inside the issue view appears automatically once you configure your SLA goals. So if you don’t see it yet, the most likely reason is that the SLA rules haven't been set up yet.

To do that, just go to the main screen of the app and click the "SLA Manager" button:

Also, after installing the add-on, you should’ve seen a "Getting Started" screen. From there, you could either follow the setup steps right away or click on "Advanced Settings" to jump directly into the SLA configuration page:

I hope I understood your request correctly and that my reply was helpful!
If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out anytime - I’ll be happy to assist.

P.S. Sorry for the delayed response — I was away on vacation 😊
