Hi,
We are using pkcs12 certificates in our atlassian installations.
The certificate that we use are from Sertigo (Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA).
The SSL certificates work fine but none of the application links are working at all.
"The remote certificate can't be trusted
Server JIRA may be using a self-signed SSL certificate or a certificate that was issued by a certificate authority that isn't known locally."
I've tried changing it to java keystore format (jks) and importing it to the truststore but it hasn't helped.
Could you please help us with this. Our certificates are expiring in few weeks and we havent' been able to change the certificates yet.
BR,
Sujan
Hello Sujan,
In this situation I would strongly recommend checking the documentation below to troubleshoot your problem:
Additionally, I would review the logs in the applications to see what other error messages the SSL might be generating.
I really hope it helps!
Regards,
Carlos
